The cooperation protocol on geographical indications between Turkish Patent and Trademark Office abroad through Yunus Emre Institute  was signed at the ceremony held at the Institute.

With the signed  protocol, it is aimed to promote the products registered as geographical indications by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office abroad through Yunus Emre Institute and its foreign representatives, to increase their export potential and to increase their added value.

A cooperation protocol on geographical indications was signed between Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and Yunus Emre Instittute

Tasarım Hukuku Alanında Koruma Kapsamı ve Sınırlamalar

The action plan in the appendix "Protocol on the Development of Trade and Economic Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus" signed within the scope of the Joint Committee Meeting held between the Republic of Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus  on 2-3 June 2021. Technical meetings will be held in order to protect the local values unique to the island with geographical indications and to inform the legislation. Within the scope of the action, the experts of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office gave a training on geographical indications.
